I was born to share! to share stories and food …
I’m melissa Born in the windy city (Chicago), raised in a wonderful piece of the world, Quito-Ecuador, came to S.F. to get my Fashion Design degree and then ended up in Seattle; now don’t picture me as the extravagant fashion designer you will see walking on big city busy streets, instead picture me knitting, sewing and mostly in my kitchen either baking or eating what I’ve just baked!
i was an athlete up until 2017 but baking and knitting took me from my feet and swept me out of the fields…I was a swimmer since i was 9 years and “decided” that wasn’t enough and turned into triathlon; all i can say about my athletic life is those were the best years of my life it left good scars (literally), talk about discipline! organization, deep friendships and most importantly those cheering words of ENCOURAGEMENT from my family…heck those are truly the best memories…don’t get me wrong i still workout hardcore (at least i believe so) just not getting into racing for a while at least. lastly, i was a musician for a while, played the piano and violin but somehow my body craved adrenaline.
the second best part is still under construction ha! who am i kidding my life has been as perfect as it can be, i have healthy lungs and eyes to breathe and see what nature has for us, i have a family who supports me in everything and anything (even when i jumped off a cliff to water of course!) and 2 extremely loving animals, linguini our cat is the weirdest cat you will ever meet and bambi our english cocker spaniel, make sure you add that royalty accent in it, well we also believe she lives like a royal!
phew! i think i covered about a 1/3 of my life in 3 paragraphs hoping you picture more than what a picture can tell you.
